This community offers a restaurant, club, pools, tennis, pickleball, kayaking, walking trails through mangroves with very low fees. No golf in this community, but it keeps the fees lower than in other communities. Single family homes, villas, condominiums, and coach homes are available in this growing community.
Grey Oaks and the Estuary at Grey Oaks are the premier estate communities. They have luxurious private clubs, golf, tennis, and top notch security. These two communities are located near downtown and nightlife.
Pine Ridge Estates was voted the #1 Neighborhood in America. Centrally located to all shopping in Naples, these are stately homes on large, private lots over an acre. This community has no fees or amenities.
Livingston Woods is an acreage community with lots over 2.5 acres. Oakes Estates is a small enclave of acreage sites of 1 – 2 acres in north Naples. Golden Gate Estates is our largest collection and has some up and coming areas to choose from where retail areas are being developed. No HOA fees or rules in these communities make them very appealing for those wanting to garage RVS, store boats, build guest houses, stables, etc.
